At Scuba Steve's, we believe that your comfort, safety and enjoyment are our priorities. We want you to enjoy the kind of diving experience that we would want if we were on vacation. We are owner operators and dive daily with you, to make sure that you receive the very best service that we can provide. We specialise in providing a high quality, affordable diving experience for small groups of divers. We have a wealth of experience diving St. Lucian waters, and we are sure that this will enable us to offer you the opportunity to dive, within the limits of your experience, the most exciting and exhilarating dive sites in St. Lucia. We know that the success of our business depends upon us providing our guests exceptional service as well as great dives. At Scuba Steve's we go the extra mile to make sure you have a great time. |
We take care of you AND your equipment! We know that vacation time is precious and you don't want to waste it washing dive equipment. As a full service Dive Center, we take care of YOU and YOUR EQUIPMENT. When we return from the dive, just step off the boat and we will dismantle, sanitise and store your equipment. Next time you dive, your equipment will be set up waiting for you on the boat (giving you time for a relaxed breakfast!). We call this "set it and forget it"!.

Safety First - RefreshersBecause at Scuba Steve's we are concerned about your comfort and safety, if you have not dived in open water for several months particularly if you are a novice diver, it is sensible for you to do a refresher before you dive. We offer a full scuba review in a swimming pool covering all 20 scuba skills or a quick refresher in shallow water from the beach covering 4 skills, just before a dive . Refresher Prices. | |
Required documentation and Medical Clearance to divePlease bring the following documentation with you on your first day of diving as we need to see this before you can dive:- • Diver certification card. If you have lost it and are PADI certified, we can check your certification online (US$5 fee). • Log book (most recent one please). If you will be taking a course whilst you are diving with us, PADI standard's require you to complete the RSTC Medical Questionnaire (download HERE). Please note that this is not required for EFR or DSAT Gas Blender courses, or for any course that does not involve in-water training, however, it is required (even if all answers are NO), for Divemaster and Assistant Instructor Courses. Please read the form carefully and if you have to answer YES to any of the questions you will need to have the form signed by a Doctor to state that you are medically fit to Scuba Dive before you arrive. Please note, Medical Doctors cannot certify themselves medically fit to dive by signing their own forms. |

Diving Medical Expenses InsuranceBecause we care about your comfort and safety we feel duty bound to make you aware of the following information for your guidance: - Unlike many European countries where it is mandatory for divers to have Diving Medical Expenses Insurance, it is not mandatory for divers visiting St. Lucia. Our dive centre and staff carry full Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance, however, this does not cover the personal medical expenses of our clients. You are strongly advised to make sure that your travel insurance covers medical treatment expenses related to scuba diving, (many plans exclude scuba diving), specifically, the cost of re-compression treatment. If you are unsure, annual Diving Medical Expenses Insurance can be obtained quite cheaply from Divers Alert Network (DAN). In our opinion, every diver should have this insurance, which is already mandatory for divers in many parts or Europe. |
